- Conduct: Users must not use the platform for illegal activities, spam, or harassment.
Your privacy is important to us. This policy outlines how we handle your data:
- Data Collection: We collect business names, emails, phone numbers, and addresses solely for the purpose of creating and managing your listing.
- Payment Data: We do not store your credit card or mobile money details. All payments are processed securely through our certified payment partners (M-Pesa, Tigo Pesa, Airtel Money).
- Cookies: We use cookies to save your language preference and saved venues (Wishlist) to enhance your browsing experience.
- Third Parties: We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your listing. Our refund policy is as follows:
- Listing Rejection: If your business listing is rejected by our editorial team during the review process, you will receive a full refund of the TSH 50,000 listing fee within 3-5 business days.
- Removal for Violations: If your listing is removed due to a violation of our Terms of Service (e.g., fake business, inappropriate content), the listing fee is non-refundable.
- Accidental Payments: If you made a payment by mistake, please contact us within 24 hours at hello@pamoja.com for a full refund.
